Selection Editor Tutorial
If you have watched the First Tutorial video and played with the product, you may have noticed that I left out a huge amount of information regarding the Selection Editor. This is mostly because that video was starting to get way too long, but also because I am a huge fan of the Selection Editor and thought it deserved a video all its own.
There are three tools in the Selection Editor
The Select tool is the most common. Rectangle Select is best for basic selections, while Select Scribble allows for a little more freedom in choosing letters that may not be side-by-side.
Note: One thing to notice while selecting, is the rainbow coloring of your phrase. This is to indicate the order in which the letters were selected.
One of my favorite tools is the Strength tool. This is where we can set the strength at which the animations act on individual letters, words, or phrases. The higher the strength, the greater an animation will act upon your selection.
Finally, the Glue tool glues each letter together to act as a single unit. All of the letters glue to the last letter selected and will animate as if they were all one letter.
